League Director will handle all tax documents, agendas, meeting minutes, administrative tasks, and other miscellaneous items. They will oversee all League operations and Commissioners.
League Statistician will maintain all records of individual swimmers and dual meet results. They will collect team rosters and determine eligibility for all Championship Meets. They will also be in charge of creating the League Schedule, monitoring and updating League records on the website, and other results keeping.
League Officials Chair will collate the names and certifications of available officials submitted by the league teams. They will establish minimum qualifications for respective officials. He/she is hereby deemed the ultimate authority to rule on all matters pertaining to the USA Swimming Rule Book. They will also handle Summer League Stroke and Turn Officials training courses.
League Treasurer will handle all financial matters. They will keep a league account in which annual league fees are deposited and from which league expenditures are withdrawn. They will be responsible for the League financial statement and shall report to the League as and when the Leagues desires but at least twice per calendar year, at the Spring and Fall . The League Treasurer shall also invoice and track League payments.
